Dats Comics

In February of 2021 Dave found himself without a job and had a son coming in one month. Not knowing what to do, Dave started writing stories, something that he had done when he was younger. Not knowing what to do with the stories Dave decided the best approach was comics. Having a cousin who was an artist the two started working together on a project. In March of 2022 Dave found himself with too many stories and not enough cousins to do the drawings, so he decided he needed to learn how to draw. The second the pencil hit the paper, Dave knew…. It was going to be a lot of hard work. One day at the zoo with his Nephew Dave saw a squirrel running in and out of every cage and jokingly told his nephew that the squirrel was a special agent tasked to break out all the animals from the zoo, but the squirrel kept getting too distracted because he had ADHD. That one thought lead to a new project.

To bring down the maniacal Keeper of the Elm Park Zoo it takes an elite team of special forces. The Shadow Tails, made up of Roads, Denise and Char, three Squirrels set out on the mission. As the Shadow Tails get deployed to Elm Park Zoo, to free the imprisoned animals, they will face their biggest challenge. The Keeper and his twisted army of Canadian Geese pose obstacles at every turn. Roads, Denise, and Char will have to learn to work with the other branches of the Free Animal Militia within the Zoo.

Her Loki and Captain Jack Sparrow cosplays have become her signature characters. When she’s not busy doing farm chores, being a substitute teacher, and university classes she is working on new cosplays or upgrading old ones.
