Whether you’re a seasoned convention-goer or looking to dive into the anime scene for the first time, we have a variety of roles available to suit your interests and skills.
Here’s a glimpse at some of the exciting opportunities awaiting you:
Games Room Attendants
Dive into the heart of the action as a Games Room Attendant! Your role will involve ensuring attendees have a blast in a safe environment, from setting up and tearing down equipment to running tournaments and game sessions like D&D, Magic, Pokemon, and Mario Kart.
Registration/Weapons Check
Become the welcoming face of our convention as part of the Registration team. From checking in attendees to inspecting weapons and operating as a lost and found, you’ll be at the forefront of the Ganbatte experience, providing assistance and information with a smile.
Exhibitor Hall
If you have a passion for art, vendors, and all things creative, the Exhibitor Hall is the place for you. Join us in supporting vendors and artists, making announcements, and assisting con-goers with any questions they may have.
Merch Team
Are you a sales-savvy individual with experience in retail? Join our Merch Team and take charge of operating the Ganbatte merch table/store during the convention, handling transactions with finesse and enthusiasm.
Panels & Anime Room Teams
Tech-savvy and eager to share your knowledge? Join our Panels Team and help set up panelists for informative sessions. Additionally, ensure smooth operation in our Anime Room, where you’ll swap episodes and keep the show running seamlessly.
Floaters
Can’t decide on a specific role? No problem! Sign up as a Floater and experience a bit of everything, as we work together to cover multiple areas throughout the convention.
Volunteers are asked to commit a minimum of 5 hours of their time and, in return, will receive free admission to Ganbatte and the opportunity to be part of our inclusive and diverse team.
